High-pressure hoses – Rubber / aramid reinforced
High-pressure hoses with textile reinforcement are made of a specially developed rubber compound, which ensures an extremely long service life, high abrasion resistance and flexibility – especially for the harsh conditions of sewer cleaning. These hoses are characterized by easy handling, low weight and particularly good resistance to cuts.
Characteristics
- Very low sliding resistance, resulting in higher cleaning efficiency, shorter cleaning time, reduction of fuel consumption.
- Longer service life thanks to a modified hose cover whose special compound has a higher abrasion resistance.
- Greater flexibility even at low temperatures.
- Operating temperature: -30°C to +80°C.
- Simple, user-friendly handling.
- Resistant to deformation
- Special stability and safety due to the aramid inlay.
- All hoses are pressed on both sides with BSP IG-/AG press-in fittings.
- Each hose is subjected to a pressure test at 375 bar and receives its own number.
