Office Administrator (m/f) - Gerichshain (Saxony)
For our location in Gerichshain, we are looking for an experienced and committed office administrator for approx. 30 hours/week (part-time) as soon as possible.
We the Ehle-HD GmbH are a family-run trading company with the core business areas production and distribution of sewer and wastewater technology with more than 30 years of experience. We sell technology for sewer cleaning, inspection technology, testing and rehabilitation technology, safety technology up to complete vehicle equipment. With our extensive product portfolio, we cover the entire field of sewer technology and provide our customers with everything they need for their daily work.
Your tasks with us:
- General office and administrative work such as mail processing, email correspondence, filing, etc.
- Support of the telephone switchboard
- Preparation of offers and orders (according to templates) as well as administration in the merchandise management system
- Invoice entry, verification and preparation
- Support of the management
- completed commercial training with several years of professional experience in the commercial field
- Experience with merchandise management systems desirable
- Confident handling of the common MS-Office applications
- Good written and spoken German
- Knowledge of English desirable but not required
- Organizational skills and fun in dealing with customers
