Ejector nozzles
Ejector nozzles
The ejector nozzles are specifically designed for use in pipelines carrying large volumes of water. The wastewater present in the sewer is actively incorporated into the cleaning process. This multiplies the amount of water used many times over — a pump capacity of 230 l/min can generate a flushing capacity of up to 1,150 l/min.
This allows even large quantities of debris, sand, and gravel to be reliably removed.
Since the jet streams do not act directly on the pipe wall, ejector nozzles are particularly suitable for the gentle cleaning of older or sensitive sewer systems.
Characteristics
- use in pipes with high water flow: the nozzles must be completely submerged in water
- the nozzles are used for cleaning in hard-to-reach locations (e.g., culverts) or sensitive systems
- gentle removal of sand, sludge, gravel, and deposits from the pipe floor
- replaceable skids: they can be easily replaced when worn
- recommended working pressure: 100 to 130 bar
- maximum permissible pressure: 200 bar
Nozzle inserts:
- The nozzles are fitted with ceramic nozzle inserts in the VA carrier as standard. Other nozzle inserts are available on request.
- In order to optimally match the nozzle to the flushing unit, we require the pump capacity (litres per minute), the working pressure (bar) as well as the length, diameter and material of the high-pressure hose.
