WHR / WGR Magnum – Switcher nozzle
The WHR and WGR Magnum switcher nozzles combine maximum propulsion with maximum cleaning performance. With the nozzles, it is possible to use the full flow rate for pulling and flushing. Then switch over and use the maximum water output on the cleaning jet circuit when moving back. This allows the most resistant deposits in pipes from 150 – 450 mm (WHR Magnum) and 200 – 900 mm (WGR Magnum) to be remove.
Developed for use on vehicles with water recycling systems
Characteristics
- can be used in nominal pipe sizes from DN 150 to DN 900
- Switcher nozzles for maximum advance or maximum cleaning performance
- switching process takes place by relieving the pressure and re-pressurizing the pump
- can be used on water conditioners
- for removing blockages, grease, sludge clods, incrustations, fine roots and grease deposits
- rotation is hydraulically braked to max. 150 – 400 rpm for constant cleaning performance
- service interval every 1600 hours, designed for long service life and low maintenance
Nozzle inserts:
- In order to optimally match the nozzle to the jetting unit, we need the power of the pump (litres per minute), the working pressure (bar) and the length, diameter and material of the HP hose.
