High pressure pipe stoppers
The inflatbale high pressure pipe stoppers are used when standard pipe stops cannot be applied because of the high backpressure in the pipe. The higher operating pressure of 6.0 bar is possible because of the special Kevlar fabric insert, it withstands a 30 m water head (3.0 bar).
Characteristics
- to seal and shut off sewer and feeder lines in case of repairs, maintenance or failures with backpressures higher than 30 m water head (3.0 bar)
- for leak inspection with higher test pressures – up to 6.0 bars
- resistant against sewage and climate
- ISO 9001 TÜV certified
To avoid risk, we always recommend to use a support or a restrained joint acc. to DGUV Information 201-022 (previously, BGI 802)
